Destacker (automatic singling)
Our destacking systems cover the whole range of container separation and preparation. Right from the small "95-mm pot" up to the 20 kg bucket, our systems can reliably separate packaging stacks and place them on conveyor belts for further processing.
Functionality:
Our destackers operate electro-pneumatically, and different separation systems are deployed according to the type of container and destacking capacity required. All systems are corrosion resistant for wet-room operation and have been designed to meet the industry's stringent hygienic standards. Our destackers are ultra-compact so they can be easily integrated into existing transport systems.
"SlideKey" model destacker
- up to 50 trays per minute.

- a special pressure release function gives this system a comparatively high tray buffer.
"Dispersus" destacker model
- conveyor belt up to 25 trays per minute.
- separation employs a suction mechanism.
- especially suitable for large trays or buckets.
